The focus of ISI STEEL’s CSR strategy is to help drive value for the Group, its employees, customers, communities and society by promoting positive social change. This springs from the organization’s core values and infused in our day-to-day culture and operations.
After 20 years of operation, ISI STEEL has learned that it could best serve customers by also supporting the most vulnerable members of their communities. Our various CSR programs are driven by this goal which is to give back to the communities where we do business.
KMH Cup & KMH Champions League
Through sponsorship of sporting activities and giving to important community charity establishments, ISI STEEL endeavors to make a positive difference. Currently, its main efforts involve supporting young people through the regular tournament KMH Cup and KMH Champions League.
In these popular football events, young people are given the opportunity to channel their energies into healthy and constructive activities that also boost their confidence and sense of well-being.
Medical Care for Indigent Children
Profits from the matches are donated to the Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospital. Established especially to provide medical care for indigent children, this hospital has been the beneficiary of ISI STEEL’s CSR efforts for years. To date, ISI GROUP has donated generously in money, cash and goods for the care of their young patients.
